About UKPHR Practitioner Registration
In Scotland, UKPHR Practitioner Registration is only available to the core Public Health Workforce, that is those who are employed by one of the Public Health Teams within Scottish NHS Boards, and have been for at least two years. If you are not employed by a Public Health Team within a Scottish NHS Board, please contact UKPHR directly at www.ukphr.org
UK Public Health Register (UKPHR) is an independent, dedicated regulator for public health professionals in the United Kingdom.

Application Process and Self Assessment Form
- The application process is currently open on an annual basis. Cohort 8 has recently been recruited to, and the application process is now closed.
