Introduction
Mental Wellbeing is the source of good health. Most unhealthy behaviours have their origins in poor mental wellbeing. You can have good mental wellbeing if you learn to:
- Keep physically active
- Eat a balanced diet
- Use alcohol in moderation
- Never stop learning
- Do creative things
- Exercise your spiritual side
- Talk about life
- Value yourself and others
- Get involved with others
- Ask for help
- Make a contribution
- Enjoy the outdoors
- Relax
- Follow a regular and adequate quality sleep pattern
