Introduction

Mental Wellbeing is the source of good health.  Most unhealthy behaviours have their origins in poor mental wellbeing.  You can have good mental wellbeing if you learn to:

  • Keep physically active
  • Eat a balanced diet
  • Use alcohol in moderation
  • Never stop learning
  • Do creative things
  • Exercise your spiritual side
  • Talk about life
  • Value yourself and others
  • Get involved with others
  • Ask for help
  • Make a contribution
  • Enjoy the outdoors
  • Relax
  • Follow a regular and adequate quality sleep pattern
