Quit Your Way – Supporting You to Stop Smoking

NHS Grampian delivers the national “Quit Your Way” programme to support those who want to quit smoking. On this page you will find information on ways to stop smoking and how to access services that will support you as well as links to useful websites where further information can be found.

Quit Your Way

This is the national programme to support people to stop smoking and can help by offering confidential support as well as discussing the range of free Nicotine Replacement Therapy that is best suited to your needs.

You can also pop into your local community pharmacy where you will be given advice on medication to help you stop smoking.

Alternatively you can contact Scotland’s national “Quit Your Way” service directly by calling FREE on 0800 84 84 84 – Monday to Friday 8 am to 10 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.
